Radio Corpus FM 89.5 transmite desde Ciudad del Este, capital del departamento de Alto Paraná, desde abril de 1997. Su programación combina música popular nacional e internacional, noticias locales, entrevistas con personalidades de la comunidad y espacios de participación ciudadana. Entre sus programas destacan «Buenos Días Corpus», su franja matutina informativa, y «Conexión Musical», dedicada al hit del momento.
