As you listen, Conductor tells the Aura what’s playing now and what’s coming next: a drop in eight bars, drums about to come in, a quiet stretch ahead.

Each Aura uses that in its own way: building toward a drop, making room for an instrument, or easing into a quiet passage. It’s still drawn live, in sync with the sound.

Not just drops.

Conductor also knows when an instrument is about to come in, when a section repeats, when things are about to get quieter, and when the song is ending.

An instrument comes in. Cymatica on “Hooptie.” The ring closes in just before the drums, and again before the bass.

A section comes back. Prism Constellation remembers each section. When the drop’s section returns, its shape is sketched in before it arrives.

Things get quieter. Prism Glow eases down ahead of a quieter section instead of flaring.

The song ends. Prism Glow knows how far away the end is, and fades out with the song.

Just press play. Prismatic Music prepares each song in the background, once. Until it’s ready, the Aura reacts to the sound as usual. When it is, Conductor takes over mid-song without interrupting playback.

Conductor is a Prismatic Music feature that lets music visualizers (Auras) see the whole song, not just the moment playing now. It analyzes a song on your device, then uses that map of sections, beats, instruments and energy to let supported Auras build toward changes before they happen. It is part of Prismatic Pro on iOS 27.

Prismatic Music on a supported iPhone or iPad running iOS 27, Prismatic Pro, and songs stored in your library as local files. Conductor works with supported Auras, which are marked in the Auras gallery. Other Auras keep reacting to the live audio.

Yes, with music files in your library: songs added from Files, over Wi-Fi from a computer, or eligible songs from your Apple Music library. Copy-protected streaming tracks can’t be analyzed, so they stay reactive.

No. Press play and listen. Prismatic Music prepares the song in the background, and the Aura reacts to the sound as usual until it’s ready. Then Conductor takes over mid-song without interrupting playback. Each song is prepared once and remembered.

No. The analysis runs on your device and is stored there. Conductor doesn’t upload your music.

Yes. Every clip is rendered by the same visualizer code the app runs, using the song’s real on-device analysis. Nothing is animated by hand. In the side-by-side comparison, the Reactive half is the same Aura with the analysis removed. Section names like “The Drop” are our labels.
