KWSO 91.9 FM is the broadcast voice of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs, Oregon, on air continuously since September 1986. An NPR and Native Voice One affiliate, the station reaches approximately 50,000 listeners across Jefferson, Wasco, Crook, and Deschutes Counties with local news, cultural programming, indigenous language preservation, and music. Operating 24/7 at 4,300 watts from a transmitter atop Eagle Butte on the Warm Springs Reservation, KWSO also serves as a key node in the National Emergency Alert System for the region.
